1. Scope of Services

Hollywood Ghostwriting provides professional ghostwriting, editing, proofreading, formatting, publishing assistance, audiobook production, and marketing services. All services are rendered based on the specifications agreed upon between the client and Hollywood Ghostwriting prior to the start of the project.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, clear instructions, and any materials necessary for the completion of the project. Delays in client feedback or lack of communication may result in project timeline extensions.

3. Payments & Refunds

All payments must be made according to the agreed schedule at the time of project initiation. Work will not begin until the initial deposit is received. Once a project has started, partial or full refunds may not be available, as our time and resources are already committed. Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

4. Revisions

Hollywood Ghostwriting offers a specific number of free revisions depending on the service package selected. Revisions must be requested within a specified time window after delivery. Additional revisions beyond this scope may incur extra charges.

5. Confidentiality

All client information and project details are strictly confidential. We do not disclose or reuse your material without written permission. Non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) are available upon request, and full rights are transferred to the client upon final payment.

6. Ownership & Rights

Upon full payment and completion of the project, the client holds full rights and authorship of all delivered content. Hollywood Ghostwriting retains no rights to the content and will not claim credit or publish any portion of it.

7. Turnaround Times

Estimated delivery times are provided during consultation and may vary depending on project complexity and client responsiveness. Hollywood Ghostwriting is not liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances, third-party services, or changes in project scope.

8. Acceptable Use

Clients may not use our services for unlawful, fraudulent, or unethical purposes. We do not engage in academic dishonesty or any content that promotes hate, violence, or discrimination.

9. Limitation of Liability

Hollywood Ghostwriting is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee specific publishing outcomes or book sales.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law
